ANNUAL MEETING NEEDS

God’s Gang’s annual meeting is held every Memorial Day Weekend . 

 
Based upon previous attendance we  anticipate at least 20 adults and 65-80 youth to participate. There are cookouts and youth talent shows on Friday and Saturday nights.

In the past, our volunteer members have picked up the cost of supporting our community youth, however as many of our senior members are reaching retirement and fixed incomes, we are asking the community and community businesses to sponsor all or a portion of the entire event, or one or more attendees.

Requested Items: 

• Non perishable foods
• Funds or gift certificates to secure perishable foods
• Items to be inserted in gift bags or as prizes to participants.
• Promotional items, caps, t-shirts, bags, etc.,
